Pressure!!

It is my problem, now i know. Is it i am too responsible? Yes, i know i am very responsible, but too much of responsibility until affecting my own performance is totally not a good idea. I am worried my teaching is not good, they will find it hard to understand me. I feel really pressure.

When i teach, i keep on asking my students do u understand me. Then, i find myself cannot explain clearly. After the class, i get some of the students to ask their opinion. I got few of their opinion here.

1) I just point out the picture with my finger which they get it confusing. So, i will improve it by using the pointer in the slid

2) I stop a lot to ask them do they understand which they think it is not necessary. OK, i will not stop so much, i will just keep on talking and explaining.

3) I find it difficult to use the existing power point. I cannot perform well by using other people's power point. So, i decide to redo my own power point.

4) They find it the progress of the class is too slow. So, i will put it faster.

i promise myself not to get pressure. I have to take it as my new challenge but not pressure. If i continue having pressure, i will never improve!!
