complain

i am very angry. i registered a new telephone line from our "beloved", "the only one" telephone line company in our country on 15 may 2008, but only managed to get a fully utilised phone yesterday, 27 may2008. Is it what we called efficient??

They only came and set up all those thing on 21 may2008 due to the Wesak holiday on 19 may. This delay of course i can understand and tolerate. But after the people came and set up, yet the phone cannot be used. My father tried to call the people in charged. Through phone,they promise to come. But after few attempts, they did not appear.

Until i myself called the people on 26 may 2008 and say if you guy do not show up, i guess i have to call your main office. Then they manage to come yesterdat,27 may2008. But i still cannot go on net surfing. Haiiiiii....i just wonder how many days i need to wait for the internet setting up again. Later, i got to call again to ask how about my phone line rental fees? It is so unfair if i have to pay start from my registration date.
