What a theory!!

lately, have heard this kind of theory, saying that our school uniform is too sexy and this causes and encourages the rape cases. What a silly opinion! If this thought is correct, means that all those rapists are so innocent, they commit the criminal cases because they are encouraged to do so?? This is totally incorrect. Yes, we have to reduce the criminal cases, but obviously not by condemning the victims, but educating the irresponsible people how to respect the women!
